The current operator website still describes the reopening as forthcoming. The operator FAQ anticipates welcoming guests in the second half of 2026 but says the timeline is still being finalised. The homepage describes 28 rooms while the FAQ describes 27, so the final room count remains inconsistent in the operator’s own information. This is separate from The River Hotel and the operating Higgins Lane Motel.
