Where things stand
The Regional DAP approved the development in October 2023. A March 2025 Shire agenda describes 32 hotel rooms in a new building, five villas formed from existing rammed-earth dwellings, restaurant and bar space, a function space and a hotel spa building.
Timing
No construction start, opening date or reservations are confirmed in the planning sources reviewed.
